WebNanoscale particles and structures hold promise in circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy for overcoming the weakness of molecular CD signals. Significant effort have been made to characterize nanophotonic CD enhancement and find efficient ways to boost molecular chirality, but the best solution is yet to be found. WebDec 10, 2024 · Circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy was utilized to characterize the chiroptical properties of the synthesized Cys capped Ag NPs. As shown in Figure 1 A, strong CD signals were observed in the UV range for l -Cys and d -Cys capped Ag NPs, while for dl -Cys capped Ag NPs no CD signal was observed.
